The Sales and Marketing Specialist will assist senior level AEs and the Director of Strategic Sales & Marketing with the execution of Integrated Marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for internal communication with Programming, Marketing, Promotions, Traffic and the Digital/Creative Teams to ensure that all parties are aware of the deliverables, deadlines and client expectations. You will be responsible for:
1. Support AEs by keeping track of all produced elements and creating recap reports that will aid in resigning the client for future programs
2. Managing client expectations regarding the execution of select programs and building a superior service reputation throughout the organization
3. Building specific project plans for each program with a detailed timeline and delivery schedule
4. Submitting detailed instructions and paperwork to Traffic, Design/Digital, Marketing/Promotions
5. Being aware of all Cluster programs/options for your client: WEEI, WAAF, WRKO, WMKK and all digital properties, mobile capabilities, research, design, production, street marketing etc.
6. Have a clear understanding of contest and promotional execution, event management, and time management
7. Be the champion of campaign analytics in order to make suggestions on modifications to the program
8. Develop and maintain a library of case studies to be used by the sales organization
9. Create category development presentations that includes Scarbarough qualitative research.
Computer skills required:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2007, excellent Powerpoint skills, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
