Website - Our website is not up to par. It needs to be reviewed from both a strategic standpoint in terms of what we expect it to do for the Chamber, and tactically in terms of links, features, and outdated information. This is for someone who would like to reinvent and redesign the site that would be a great opportunity with measurable outcomes that would look good on a resume. We need a blog and interfaces with Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, and other social media platforms.

Social Media - We have accounts but are not actually executing a thoughtful social media campaign. We could use the help of someone with a strategic bent and familiar with the tools at hand to create a program for us and then train us and help create the discipline we need to get the most of media. We are looking for 2 things: Growth in membership and growth in events attendence and sponsorship revenue that goes along with it.

InBusiness Newspaper - We publish a monthly newspaper which reaching 3-4,000 businesses in the Newton and Needham area. We print about 5,000 copies each month and mail them at a considerable expense. A great project would be to put together a 'business plan' for a reinvented InBusiness publication that makes money and maybe becomes an electronic publication instead of a print medium.
