Job Description:
Customer Operations Representative will be responsible for a variety of transactional and support functions for customers, sales representatives, and other corporate services and functions. Transactions include order processing, sales adjustments, and customer registration.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Processes software, maintenance, training, and consulting orders
-Processes sales credit adjustments
-Maintains accurate record of all transactions
-Regular communication with the Sales Organization to start and close key transactions
-Regular communication with Revenue Managers to ensure compliancy Understanding of revenue guidelines, controls, and policies
-Supports customer inquiries via customer care hotline and email
-Performs projects and new responsibilities when assigned.
Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree or related Customer Operations experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Preferred experience in Oracle Applications and Salesforce Comfort with technology including new programs and exploring functionalityBasic
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
