Small, boutique Newton law firm seeks entry level office manager. Responsibilities will include accounting/bookkeeping; some marketing; payroll; administering insurance coverage; dealing with outside vendors; managing office filing systems; overseeing firm functions and operations; administrative duties; and performing other assigned projects. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills; some experience with Quickbooks; and strong computer skills. Willing to train the right candidate. Both part time and full time candidates will be considered.
