Position Overview:
-Technology based Real Estate & Marketing Company in South Boston, MA.
-Work from home/school lead system or work from our brand NEW office - you decide!
-Specialist will choose their own specific area/territory to cover.
-DAILY LEADS are provided to the specialist via mobile email alerts.
-Rentals, Purchase and Luxury Building Leads available, you decide your speciality.
-Must maintain a positive attitude and have a drive to succeed.
-Canidate must be able to start immediately (full or part time openings).
-Complete Training is provided on your own time - flexible training hours.

Job Functions:
-Work independently to respond to "hot leads" as quickly as possible.
-Develop a strong client relationship and qualify all leads via phone.
-Consistantly schedule and confirm all real estate showings.
-Negotiate real estate and rental contracts.
-Execute a successful transaction.
