We are looking for a Third Key for our Arsenal Mall, Watertown Reebok Outlet. In this role you will maintain a high level of customer service within the store and work in a team environment to bring positive recognition to our brands.

Core Responsibility of a Third Key:
-Assist in coordinating the daily activities and training of hourly associates.
-Maintain a superior level of customer service.
-Ensure proper staffing in all areas of the store.
-Encourage and motivate associates to achieve sales with each customer.
-Ensure all sales directives are executed in a timely manner.
-Maintain stockroom standards.
-Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures.
