We are a very nice family looking for a wonderful part-time babysitter to provide after-school care for our two children starting in early September. We live just a few minutes away from Mt Ida!

We have 2 wonderful children- my son just turned 5 and he will start kindergarten in the Fall. My daughter is 7 years-old and she will start 2nd grade in September. We are looking for a responsible, experienced caregiver who is interested in working for us for the entire school year, and possibly longer.

In terms of the schedule, we definitely need after-school care (3-6:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and occasionally on Fridays) but we can likely offer additional hours, up to 25-30 hours per week, if you are interested in doing errands, light housekeeping (we have a housekeeper), and some cooking. My husband and I work long hours and thus, there would be many opportunities to work additional hours during the week, if you are interested!

It is important that we find someone who can drive, and has a reliable car. We need someone who is comfortable driving our kids from school, to activities (that are close by!), etc. We live in an area that is just minutes from the school, parks, and other great places to take the kids, but we are not within walking distance from public transportation.

Other responsibilities will include cleaning up after the kids, doing their laundry, running occasional errands, and helping prepare dinner.

Watershed Science Internships
Opportunities are currently available for watershed science internships with CRWA. CRWA’s internship program offers on-the-job training in a variety of field science and watershed management tasks. Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant's primary role is to support and motivate the Advisor and to provide outstanding customer service to all First Command Financial Services clients. Experience in the field preferred.

We typically hire AA’s who are also potentially interested in a career in financial services and encourage our staff to obtain licensing in insurance and securities over the first few years at their own pace. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to all FC clients.
Maintain files and records in the FC client database.
Prepare necessary paperwork prior to client appointments.
Schedule client appointments and confirm them prior to the appointment date.
Provide pre-appointment paperwork to prospects/clients.
Accurately complete and forward the necessary paperwork after a sale.
Maintain and distribute client suspense's.
Maintain commission, sales, production, and conservation records for the Advisor.
Become proficient in all necessary computer applications to include the FC client database.
Screen all Advisor phone calls and handle each call appropriately.
Process incoming correspondence, mail and email.
Assist in problem resolution and act as the Advisor liaison with the various FC business partners as well as the Home Office.
Keep Advisor and other team members up to speed on pending business, production and progress.
Assist with District activities when requested.
Prepare client birthday, anniversary, holiday, and other cards as needed for the Advisor.
Perform other duties as requested by the Advisor.

Minimum Requirements:
1 to 2 years general office experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills
Familiarity with various computer products such as MS Word and Excel.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Self-motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent life experiences.
Satisfactory completion of background check, fingerprinting and required employment documentation.
Satisfactory completion of screening/hiring tool if required by District Advisor.
