New People needed at Boston ABCD!

She mentioned to me the Front Door Program Coordinator job. The person in this job would need to review all the intake paperwork that the participants in ABCD programs need to fill out, and consolidate them into one form for all programs. Right now, people need to fill out intake paperwork multiple times, once for each program they participate in. Needless to say, there is a lot of overlap and it’s inconvenient for the people involved. The job requires a bachelor’s degree and some familiarity with intake processes and paperwork.

Facilities Manager – this is sort of an RA position at one of their shelters, but the Facilities Managers won’t be living there. It’s making sure the residents are living peacefully and that the work/orders are being put in if something breaks. A former RA with some human services experience and a bachelor’s degree would be qualified.

Shelter Manager – This requires some experience working in the housing field (property management, homeless shelters, etc.) in addition to the above.
