Job Type: 6-month CONTRACT
Hours: various 8 hour shifts within 7:45am-9:00pm – No weekends
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour/ plus overtime

Job
Responsibilities
• Responsible for answering
telephone inquiries and assisting clients with benefit enrollment• Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Taking inbound phone calls related to setting customers up on a new billing method.
• Capturing information and processing it in the computer while on the phone with the customer.
• Faxing out appropriate forms and tracking these forms to confirm they have been signed and received back.
• Answering questions from customers needing more information on the process and will provide the necessary customer service support needed.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of health benefits strongly preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Strong PC skills
• Respond well in a stressful, dynamic, fast paced environment
• Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills
• Team player
• Positive and professional attitude
