Position Title: Human Resources Internship
Clover Food Lab is looking for talented interns to work in an innovative and fun start up! Clover operates several food trucks and restaurants in Boston and Cambridge, serving 4,000+ customers per day. All of our food is made from scratch and we serve the highest volume of local food for a single restaurant in this area. We don't have any freezers, and our menu changes daily. We know our customers by name and work hard to bring them food they’re going to love.
The Human Resources Internship is a great way to learn in a fast-paced environment and get hands-on experience. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources throughout your time in the program and gain a better understanding of payroll, employee and upper management training, fostering a positive company culture, and the hiring process. Our company is changing every day, and we need to ensure that our HR department can support a flexible business environment.
