Here is the official job description:
The New Account Representative Position collaborates with offices around the country to procure new customer acquisition on both a one-time and recurring basis. The position requires Sales Knowledge, Phone and Conversational Skills, a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills as well as the ability to multitask. New Account Representatives function as a part of the National Sales Center Team, located in the Headquarters in Boston, MA.
The National Sales Center functions as a collaborative team, aimed at providing franchisees with excellent sales skills and customer service. Each New Account Representative is measured on sales percentage and the history of customer interactions. While there are no strict numbers or quotas to keep, the ability to perform up to par with your peers is extremely important.
The New Account Representative Position's responsibilities include:
- Receiving Inbound Calls and selling customers on service throughout the United States and Canada.
- Following up with other forms of inquiries such as Web-leads, email inquiries, Service Magic Inquiries and others.
- Acting as an intermediary between customers and Franchisees in the initial sales stage.
- Tentatively scheduling customers for their local franchise operations.

- An 8.5 hour day, including 1 hour paid lunch
- Hours of Operations: M-R 8am-8pm, F 8am-7pm, Sa 9am-5pm (must be able to work any shift within these hours)
