Manager In Training - NEW Somerville Store
Summary: Responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals and metrics. This is a hands-on working supervisory role that is actively engaged in customer service, modeling behavior, and developing the selling skills and product knowledge of the team. Coaches performance issues and responsible for day to day supervision and task completion for 3-5 Specialists and indirectly the Selling Associates. Key carrying member of management that opens and closes the building.
Requirements:
• 4 year degree preferred
• Experience of 1+ years of supervisory experience or a proven track record of success supervising a selling workforce and achieving results.
• Must be relocatable
• Ability to grow to Selling & Service Manager or Merchandise Team Manager within 6 – 12 months.
