In this context we are hiring a dynamic and curious Customer Support Representative with a background in technical support.
Position: In our Cambridge office you will be joining the US Customer Support Team to address customer enquiries in both an efficient and outstanding way. Having a very hands-on type of personality you will quickly become an expert of our products, tools and processes.Your innovative mindset will allow you to continuously improve the way we work through new processes, tools or organization.You will set-up effective ways to share information to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the US Customer Support team.
Profile: College Degree preferred but experience will be evaluated in lieu of degree
High personal productivity, fast learner who can quickly adapt to change
Minimum of 3 years of technical support related role experience
Passion for technology and customer service
Strong ability to understand technical issues in a distributed environment involving products, platforms and smartphone apps
Excellent attention to detail and superior written communication
Fluency in other languages would be helpful
