Responsibilities:
-90 day training in Member Care systems, policies, and
procedures.
-Comprehend the Care.com culture.
-Assist members with Care.com procedures, general inquiries,
pricing, and how Care.com works.
-Learn to resolve issues according to Care.com policies.
-Identify situations that require escalation as per defined
policy.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service
role, call center experience a plus.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Excellent computer skills.
-Written communication - the individual edits work for
spelling and grammar.
-Interpersonal skills - the individual speaks clearly and
confidently, and with empathy and understanding of the members' situation,
whether positive or negative.
-Adaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work
environment or schedule.
-Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and
on time, follows instructions, and responds to management direction.
-Problem solving - the individual identifies and resolves
problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and
maintains confidentiality.
-Must be positive, goal oriented and able to work well
independently as well as on a team.
-Must be personable and have a sense of humor.
