Position Title: Administrative Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide reception work and administrative support to the Staffing division and to management, ensuring office workflow is maintained. Apply superior administrative and computer skills to the operations, organization and planning of the division.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Phone coverage, greet visitors
· Order office/kitchen/coffee supplies
· Web meeting set up
· Shipping, mail
· Requisition postings
· Non-submittals, back-up for resumes
· Meeting catering and set up/clean up
Order business cards and nameplates
· Floater for special projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment performing similar tasks.
· Associates Degree in Secretarial Science preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively and efficiently
· Excellent interpersonal skills, and takes direction well
· Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
· Self starter, proactive team player and innovative thinker
· Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint
