Position Title: Fitness Floor Staff
- Represent the Fitness Center in a positive & professional manner at all times. Introduce yourself, greet members by first name, smile, engage in conversation, answer questions and book appointments.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized fitness floor by re-racking weights, organizing magazine racks, picking up towels or trash, refilling the wipe containers & noting any needs of equipment repair. Report equipment issues to the Fitness Center Manager.
- Enforce all Fitness Center, Cardio Deck & Indoor Track policies.
- Responsible for being punctual and finding shift coverage when needed.
Job Qualifications: Must be CPR/AED certified with an interest in the fitness field.
Preferred Qualifications: Major related to the fitness, health & wellness field and/or a personal training certification
