Ideally we would like it to be
full time (30-40hrs a week) but if a student could commit to a couple of full
days a week that might work. Maybe recent graduates would be interested as
well? If they are able to do it full time we are willing to pay $12-$14 per
hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

Read
and interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine scope of
work
·
Perform
quantity take-offs and formulate a bill of material · Send RFP's to third-tier vendors and accumulate bids
· Create and maintain project folders
· Use AutoCAD to create shop drawings for products
Qualifications
·
Pursuing
a degree in field of construction, architecture, interior design or facilities
management · Must be familiar with use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Take-off Software(s), Adobe Design Suite is a plus
· Be able to multi-task and complete assignments under tight deadlines
· Have great attention to detail
· Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
· Knowledge of interior architectural walls, doors and glazing is a plus
