Some Duties Include:
- Responsible for implementing recruitment strategies that reflect new opportunities to reach qualified candidates and the evolving needs of the agency’s programs.
- Track applicants throughout recruitment process, recording source, status and final disposition within recruiting software.
- Participate in job fairs, media appearances, and networking events to promote open and upcoming positions and develop relationships within the community.
- Create pipelines of applicants for recurring roles to ensure timely response to vacancies.
- Continually evaluate and make recommendations as to how and where jobs should be marketed in order to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain relationships with staffing agencies to facilitate temporary placements as needed.
- Assist in volunteer recruitment efforts as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED,
- three to five years previous experience in recruitment, interviewing and job placement required.
- Bachelor’s degree and bilingual skills preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- attention to detail and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
