Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Needham, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor and a Store Manager!
Qualified candidates for the Store Manager position will have at least 1 year of management experience in the retail industry. We are seeking mature, friendly, reliable people who enjoy interacting with guests and appreciate and understand how to deliver high quality customer service.
You must be able to multi-task and hold a team of staff accountable to store/company standards.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
There are 3 key roles for which a Shift Supervisor and Store Manager are trained. In every position, Customer Service is always #1!!!
1. Opening and closing the store. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning the yogurt machines, placing product orders, accepting deliveries and stocking inventory, managing the daily cash and tips, maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
2. Cashier/Topping Bar - The Cashier/Topping Bar position is the worker behind the counter who rings up customers. They are expected to keep the topping area clean, keep the toppings full, and keep an eye on the cash register, make waffles and other specialty toppings, and handle customer questions. In addition, they ensure that all tables and chairs are clean, take out trash as needed, clean yogurt drip trays, replenish cups, provide yogurt samples to customers and clean the bathrooms every hour.
3. Kitchen Worker - The Kitchen worker spends most of the time in the kitchen but is also expected to help out front as needed. The Kitchen Worker washes and restocks dishes, prepares toppings, makes yogurt mixes, replenishes product in the machines, and stirs yogurt mixes every 2 hours.
