As a result of a sustained increase in demand for our clinical services, we are currently seeking qualified Veterinary Technicians to care for patients in the following services:

• Emergency and Critical Care
• In-Patient Units
• Internal Medicine
• Oncology
• Cardiology
• Dermatology
• Neurology
• Zoological Companion Animal Medicine

Our exceptional faculty will help enhance your clinical expertise and you, in turn, will have the opportunity to create a positive learning experience for Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine students.

The ideal candidate for the Veterinary Technician position will possess the following qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Veterinary Technology program or related field of study. We welcome inquiries from recent graduates as well as experienced veterinary technicians who are CVT certified or eligible and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical setting as a member of a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals.
• Particular consideration will be given to applicants with experience/expertise with exotic animal species and/or an interest in working with these species.

The Foster Hospital for Small Animals provides 24-hour care for pets 365 days of the year and our positions offer a variety of schedules (day, evening, overnight, weekend). Positions may include providing holiday or weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
