Call Center Customer Service Representative
Job Type:               6-month CONTRACT
Hours:                    various 8 hour shifts within 7:45am-9:00pm  – No weekends
Pay Rate:               $14.00/hour/ plus overtime
Location:               Norwood, MA 02062

Job Responsibilities
              Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients with benefit enrollment
              Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
              Taking inbound phone calls related to setting customers up on a new billing method. 
              Capturing information and processing it in the computer while on the phone with the customer. 
              Faxing out appropriate forms and tracking these forms to confirm they have been signed and received back. 
              Answering questions from customers needing more information on the process and will provide the necessary customer service support needed. 

Qualifications
              High School Diploma or GED
              Bachelor’s Degree preferred
              0-2 years of customer service experience
              Knowledge of health benefits strongly preferred, but not required
              Excellent communication skills, oral and written
              Strong PC skills
              Respond well in a stressful, dynamic, fast paced environment
              Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills
              Team player
              Positive and professional attitude

Additional Information:
              Customer Service testing required
              Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Vet Tech job in Watertown

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced veterinary technician to join our team!  Technicians are expected to help in all aspects of animal care in the hospital, including gathering patient histories, practicing safe animal restraint, phlebotomy, radiology, laboratory diagnostics, monitoring anesthesia, and some receptionist duties. Experienced technicians only, please!

As we are open seven days a week, all employees are expected to work rotating weekends and some evenings. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
