Babysitter needed in Dedham!

Babysitter Wanted

We are looking for an experienced babysitter to watch our 3 month old and 2 year old boys, 3-4 days a week between the hours of 10AM-4PM. This person should be fun, energetic, creative and most importantly love children. Responsibilities include helping with lunch, putting them down for a nap, changing diapers, picking up toys, reading and play time. Majority of the time someone will be home to help if needed. We do have a small dog so please keep that in mind. You must provide your own transportation. Location is in Dedham, approximately a 10 minute drive from campus.

Occasional weeknight and weekend help is also available.

Salary: $10-12/hr

Medical Data Entry Clerk - Newton, MA

Medical Data Entry Clerk

The Medical Data Entry Clerk will process surgical and cytological specimens. This requires data entry to input, record, verify, and edit various patient and laboratory information. This position receives sorts and provides accurate data entry for all specimens entering the laboratory. Accurately assigning numbers generated for each specimen to cassettes. Follow the direction of the supervisor while taking initiative in performing and promoting quality and efficiency within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly identifies and accessions all lab specimens.
• Accurately enters patient information into LIS.
• Ability to read the clients request and enter them into LIS.
• Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.
• Accepts other duties as assigned.
• Operates a centrifuge in order to properly prepare specimen.
• Labels the specimen with proper patient demographic information and delivers promptly to the testing labs.
• Receives and empties incoming bags, boxes, and containers of specimens from dock area.
• Separates and sorts specimens by category.


• High School degree or equivalent required.
• One to two years previous laboratory and data entry experience.
• Ability to type 45 wpm.
• Ability to decipher various forms of handwriting.
• Ability to enter alpha and numeric information into the laboratory information system with required speed and accuracy as determined by the laboratory support supervisor.
• Ability to pull and print report information from the laboratory information system.
• Ability to work with Client Services to resolve patient and client issues.
• Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Demonstrated skills and high level of attention to detail in technical data interpretation and ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime is required.

Full-Time - $12 per hour.

Marketing Assistant/ Graphic Designer 

Excellent part time opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude to assist in the marketing department of a life insurance brokerage agency – First American Insurance Underwriters in Needham, MA (car needed).

Responsibilities include keeping track of email lists, update website and social media platforms, prepare various event invitations, produce weekly email blasts, create and maintain marketing collateral. Must have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and must be highly knowledgeable with Photoshop, InDesign and Excel programs.

This is a part-time job that could also possibly count as a paid internship. $12/hour. The job starts soon, so you must be able to commute to Needham during the summer to apply. Also, freshmen are not eligible.
