Key responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage and monitor the calendar, projects and needs of FHC Principle, John Freedman
·
Manage
calendar appointments, including phone calls, off-site meetings, internal
meetings, etc.;
·
Schedule
regular check-ins to keep Dr. Freedman on track with project tasks and
deliverables;
·
Manage
travel arrangements (flights, hotel, rental care, etc.) when necessary;
·
Coordinate
speaking arrangements and presentations;
·
Keep
Dr. Freedman’s contact database up-to-date
Coordinate,
manage and monitor the internal needs of all other office staff, including:
·
Travel
arrangements (flights, hotel, rental cars, etc.);
·
Supply
orders for both kitchen and general office supplies;
·
Conference
registration and sponsorship/exhibiting details;
·
Organizational
subscriptions;
·
Coordinate
staff and/or business meeting lunch orders and birthday celebrations;
·
Coordinate
holiday mailings;
·
Serve
as primary receptionist for office; triage visitors, mail and phone calls.
Conduct
project specific online and other types of research
Manage calendar and contacts for senior management staff
Follow up on emails from clients and others to set times for meetings and calls
Constantly review calendars to notify management of conflicts or schedule updates.
Set up meetings accordingly with clients.
Register/renew state business annual reports, taxes, certifications, registered agents, and licenses.
Serve as initial point of contact for internal technological questions, problems, and IT set up for new personnel.
Point of contact for all internal facility issues/requests and office maintenance
Updating and organizing vendor and client files, both electronic and hard copies.

Salary:
‘30s (per year which works out to about $15-$20 per hour)Schedule: Full-Time
