Position Title: Field Recruiting Internship
Join Silverleaf Resorts’ Field Marketing Recruiting team as a Field Recruiting Intern! We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and motivated individual to be a part of our team in the Silverleaf Resort’s Boston, MA market to assist the Field Marketing Recruiter.
Responsibilities of the Field Recruiting Intern:
• Report directly to the Field Marketing Recruiter in the market.
• Work cohesively with the field marketing managers and director.
• Work for one week with the field marketing team at various events.
• Recruit quality candidates in the market by attending different events, colleges, and other high traffic areas.
• Frequently shadow the Field Marketing Recruiter for phone screens, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
• Attend two scheduled marketing events a week to recruit quality candidates and represent the marketing team.
• Submit a number of quality candidates a week to the Field Marketing Recruiter.
• Submit a report to the Field Marketing Recruiter to document weekly activity.
• Submit weekly pictures of the marketing team from the attended events.
• Submit a weekly calendar to the marketing managers and director containing the events that will be worked.
• Assist the Field Marketing Recruiter and marketing office by processing new hire paperwork.
Requirements:
• Must be able to work 20 hours a week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Junior or senior status at an accredited university.
• Business or Human Resource degree.
