My HR department just reached out to me looking for students or graduates that would like a part time job here in either allocation or merchandising, 20-25 hours per week and DXL is willing to work around their schedules.
It is a great way for them to get exposure to positions in our corporate office. Many times, a student or graduate who has worked for us part-time has been hired on later as a full-time associate.
The part-time position is temporary for about 4-6 weeks depending on the needs of the business. They will be exposed to both Merchandising and Planning & Allocation.
