Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all guests are permitted to enjoy the event safely while following venue policies.
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct entrance screening and inspections for safety, security and contraband
2.Ensuring all fans have a valid ticket or credential for that event
3.Verifying access into "restricted access" areas; only those with valid tickets or credentials are to be given access
4.Assisting and supporting ticket takers and ushers as required
5.Being aware of guest activities at all times and not watching the event
6.Deliver exemplary customer service to all fans
7.Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Requirements: 18+ years old
Skills:
1.High school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2.Available to work all mandatory full Stadium events
3.Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
4.Ability to take direction
5.Strong customer service and communication skills
6.Ability to work for long periods of time
7.Willing to work in inclement weather
8.Ability to be flexible and deal with shifting priorities
Salary 9.00.hr
