We are currently seeking an eMarketing Coordinator
for the eMarketing Department for the NRT Northeast Support Center located in
Waltham, MA. This position assists with all activities including customer
support and execution involving our websites (consumer, intranets, and other),
agent and manager tools and reporting. The employee works on the front line of
responding to technical issues our clients (agents, managers, etc.) have and
works with the eMarketing staff to support the overall marketing strategies and
programs.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor, maintain and route the incoming calls from agents, managers and Corporate staff using the internal ticketing platform
- Conduct troubleshooting by diagnosing and investigating problems for each call
- Communicate solutions to customers via phone and/or email
- Work closely with business analyst groups and development teams to properly escalate the issues that are beyond the scope of responsibility
- Assist regional marketing team by providing support for numerous electronic platforms
- Manage content on intranet and internet websites via content management systems.
- Collect market data, compile ad hoc statistical and event reports
Basic Qualifications:
- BA Degree or technical school equivalent preferred
- 1-3 year experience in digital marketing, customer service or help desk environment
- Must be comfortable working independently, taking initiative in daily responsibilities and taking ownership of tasks.
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Must be a master multi-task, with superior prioritization skills and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Experience working with internal and external customers and understanding of Internet trends and technologies
- Problem-solving skills with excellent client facing skills
- Strong prioritizing, organizational and analytic skills are required
- Understanding of web content management systems is preferred
- Real Estate experiences a plus.
