BASIC FUNCTION
A Research Associate or Survey worker’s primary function is to gain insight into a target’s business challenges and performance on behalf of our client. This worker is then responsible for documenting the information accurately and clearly for submission into Access database. Data will be extracted from Access then shipped to client.
MAJOR DUTIES
- Outbound calls to relevant individuals and entering information into database.
- Engage in peer-to-peer conversations with individuals at the various levels in order to uncover critical business intelligence and sales intelligence information.
- Manage databases by appropriately completing the various components defined by the Program Manager.
- Responsible for other tasks and duties as requested.
