Merchandising Manager - Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store, Wrentham, MA
-Performs supervisory functions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
-Strategies, develops, and executes visual merchandising projects with minimal direction, includes floor moves and production/daily maintenance of visual displays. Participates in merchandise restocking and replenishment.
-Partners with Management team to administer performance appraisal and developmental conversations with associates as needed.
-Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
-Creative implementation of ideas reflecting current fashion trends
Full time, degree preferred.
