Customer support associate

We’re looking for new online customer service representatives to help us expand and improve our business. You will need to be a fast learner with a great phone manner and solid work ethic, or prior experience doing end-to-end customer service support.

A great position for college students or recent grads looking for a flexible, part-time schedule.

The role is primarily traditional customer service – phone, email, and ticketing – but will expand into support through social media, like blogs and Twitter, over time.

You should know how to use automated customer response tools, but also be able to give custom responses to the more challenging support needs.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and know our products, services, and customer service processes.
- Learn to correct billing issues (whether fraud or dissatisfaction) through e-commerce billing management software and responding to merchants via chargebacks.
- Resolve difficult and frequently unique customer questions and complaints.
- Manage customer support system including complaint tickets, email, voicemail and live phone calls.
- Record customer inquiries by consistently documenting inquiries and responses.
- Improve quality of our customer service by recommending more efficient processes.
- Help customers to understand what we offer and find what they need.
