JOB TITLE: Sales Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving their individual sales plan and to support the store’s sales volume as assigned by the store manager, meeting or exceeding KPI goals, providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining a working client book and exemplifying Brand Standards of personal presentation and conduct. To maximize every selling opportunity by living the Brand DNA, and Steps of Selling.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • To provide excellent levels of customer care surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity, to greet and engage with every client in the store.
  • To maximize every selling opportunity to achieve individual sale and KPI goals.
  • To take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to grow the FF Group database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty through client book follow up emails, phone call and thank you notes.
  • Able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of company merchandise and to communicate excellent product knowledge.
  • To follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling to ensure full operational compliance.
  • To ensure all Service Care Standards are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures.
  • To attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required ensuring good communication is maintained.
  • To lead in personal development and growth through a timely completion of training modules/quizzes
  • Any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management, being flexible in approach to the business demands.
REQUIRED
  • Minimum of one year retail or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and polished workplace demeanor.
PREFERRED
  • A background in sales and aftercare of timepieces and jewelry.
  • Multiple language skills
