Seasonal Receptionist needed in Chestnut Hill!

Position Title: Seasonal Receptionist

Chestnut Hill, MA

Seasonal Receptionist (March through September)

This position will provide you with an inside view of how a successful property management office operates. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of property management including sales and marketing and customer service. He/she will provide support to the leasing team and assist the property manager as necessary to ensure the property can maintain a sales focus and achieve its occupancy and revenue goals. Schedule will be Saturday (10 to 4), Sunday (10 to 4) and Monday (9 to 5) with two additional week days to be determined.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Resident Relations including greeting walk-in customers and answering general inquiries and scheduling resident reservations in the calendar for room reservations.
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork (e.g., guest cards, applications, lease agreements and utilizing leasing technology to distribute leads.
• Plan and organize resident events and functions
• Answering incoming phone calls and routing appropriately. Schedule appointments for other staff members.
• Perform clerical duties, such as photocopying, typing, faxing, mailing documents and responding to and sending e-mails. Monitor and order office supplies.


Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year office support experience
• Excellent listening & communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may change and includes weekends, weekdays, early evening and holidays.
• Professional Attitude/appearance even when under pressure.

Comfortable with the position ending on or around the beginning of September.
