Position Title: Associate for Sales, Visuals & Merchandising

Great part time sales job at an award winning children’s clothing boutique in Coolidge Corner. We are looking for sales associates with experience in visual display & merchandising.
In addition to sales, this is a great opportunity for someone to use their creativity & experience to create windows displays, floor displays & assist with buying.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of small boutique retail experience
- proven, excellent visual merchandising display skills
- proven organizational skills; attention to detail & ability to multi-task
- strong interpersonal, written, & oral communication skills
- some experience with children and families
- excellent customer service skills & foster long term customer relationships
- ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
- the ability to work as a team with the common goal of store success
- flexibility, be fun and energetic
- be proactive & follow directions to complete tasks independently
- working some evenings ,weekends & holidays is REQUIRED
- Fashion/Visual Merchandising/Design schooling a plus
- a unique sense of style & an interest in the arts, clothing making & crafting
