Our cashiers
are responsible for assisting the customer through their POS experience as
well as acting as brand ambassadors and point-of-contact in the store. Their
responsibilities include:
-Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
-Demonstrating a strong knowledge of our product.
-Handling cash, CC, and all manner of transactions
-Opening and closing the store and registers
-Managing the Cash Wrap and its physical standards
-Helping to form lasting business relationships with our customers by managing the Customer Registry sign-up process.
-Meeting goals for adding-on to sales, data capture, and minimizing input errors.
-Answering phones and greeting customers.
-Light admin duties to support the Management team.
Our ideal candidates are:
-Passionate, energetic, and love people.
-Comfortable in high-stress, high-volume situations.
-Extremely detail oriented.
-Excited about Customer Service and Fashion/Clothing
-Have great communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a huge benefit.
-Comfortable handling and being responsible for cash
-Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
-Comfortable working with a POS system, touch screen retail software experience will be extremely beneficial but is not a requirement.

-Previous experience is not required but is recommended.

is responsible for the flow of product in our high-volume business. They are
involved in the following:
-Accurately and efficiently receiving new product
-Maintaining back of house standards and policies
-Processing product leaving the building including RTVs, transfers, MOS
-Replenishing sold product to the sales floor
-Maintaining company visual and store experience standards
-Handling product with care and prepping product for sale
-Assisting in daily operations and reporting to the Stock Team Supervisor
Our Candidates are:
-Passionate about Fashion/Retail and are excited to learn about the Product
-Are comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high expectations
-Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
-Love taking on challenges
-Can work well without direction but can participate in a team environment
-Comfortable operating a steamer, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
-Experience is not required but is beneficial.
-Must be 18 to apply.
