Internship Overview: To provide support for the sales and recruiting teams across New England by leveraging social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Research potential candidates and clients utilizing various platforms including social networking sites, job boards and market intelligence sites
• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop daily and weekly strategic marketing plans
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective candidates and clients
• Track responses to ad campaigns and job postings
• Create promotional material for Sales team to use with client and candidate introductions
• Enter client and candidate information into national database
• Create contact lists for the Sales teams based on industry verticals, functional disciplines or technical skills
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings along all product divisions within the office

Required Experience/Tools:
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc
• Strong web searching and researching capabilities
• Great written and communications skills
• Creative outside the box thinker
• Ability to work in a team environment
