About Entry Level Recruiter role:
The Entry Level Recruiter provides the core value of recruitment to our clients. The Entry Level Recruiter role is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team in delivering some of the most interesting and challenging recruitment work around.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Recruiter:
- Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruiting methods
- Review qualifications, resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to qualify work history, training, education and job skills
- Handle any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions
- Respond to hiring manager and candidate requests in a timely manner
- Guide candidates throughout the hiring process through systematic check-in points
- Manage candidate relationships and expectations throughout the interviewing and hiring process
- Conduct online administration of candidate profiles within Client Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage assigned requisitions and candidate flow on a day to day basis

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Must be hard-working and motivated in joining Seven Step’s shared vision of helping our company reach its full potential
- Knowledge of recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Taleo, is a strong plus
