We market our rewards solutions to international companies and provide marketing services for CRM programs (Customer Relationship Management), ERM programs (Employee Recognition Management) and incentive / motivation.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a PT Product Assistant to assist our Product Manager. This role is based at our Newton, MA location.

DESCRIPTION:
-2 days a week Tuesday and Thursday (9.00 to 1.00 pm),
- Ordering through a network of vendors
- Follow-up on orders with vendors
- Provide Customer service to clients (validate orders, manage operations and get / communicate tracking information)
- Develop a long term, trusting and unique relationship with clients
- Will report to a project manager
Project management skills

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Adapt and transfer information in different formats
- Understand the mark-up process
- Basic analysis and reporting
- Understand and manage platform ordering systems
- Maintain and grow long terms relationship with clients
Customer service skills

- Excellent Follow up, ability to request and transfer information
- Develop and maintain long terms relationship with clients / vendors
People skills

- Understand how to work with a network of international vendors
- Can work independently
- Detail oriented with formats / operations process
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
