Anthropologie Bridal Stylist - Chestnut Hill

BHLDN is seeking a talented Bridal Stylist, with a love for building customer connections, for our shop opening soon in Anthropologie's Chestnut Hill, MA store! We envision a people person with natural warmth and a good eye for what works for all body types. An expert in the wedding industry and fashion community, you'll stay abreast through social media and other publications, and provide trends, style direction, advice, and second opinions with the goal of creating a personal bridal or event style for each customer.

  • Understanding of retail business dynamic and key systems

  • A knack for building personal relationships with the BHLDN team and customer

A Day in the Life:
As Bridal Stylist, you'll provide customers with an exceptionally personal level of service and follow-through in BHLDN's compelling and beautiful environment. You'll connect with brides-to-be to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships, and continue those relationships with follow-through. Customers will look to you for style guidance in-store, as well as via phone and email. As a Stylist, you'll run the appointments and facilitate scheduling for brides and bridal parties through the wedding and beyond. You'll report directly to Bridal Shop Manager.





KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Lead all customer appointments
  • Learn and relay product and designer information
  • Create a customer experience that upholds the BHLDN standards, always
  • Lead fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness for yourself and the team
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to creating meaningful and lasting customer relationships– both personally and for the store team. Leverage these relationships to generate appointments. Role model these behaviors for the sales associates
  • Be a proactive problem solver and mentor service associates while identifying talents and skill sets among service associates to support unifying an exceptional staff
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and goal attainments
  • Meet established customer service and sales goals
  • Attend and contribute to store meetings and events
