Properties is seeking an experienced candidate to join our vibrant
multi-disciplinary Architectural/Engineering department. Responsibilities
include: space planning and production of proposal plans for new clients,
preparation of construction documents, site visits to verify field conditions
and associated project administration. Current projects include new multi-story
commercial, residential, and senior housing, exterior, interior, and energy
retrofit renovations to existing buildings, and office, retail, and laboratory
fit-ups. Prior use of AutoCAD in an office environment and a vehicle are
required.
