Hasbro's Cake Mix Studio is looking for a Digital Artist – VFX Artist intern for the fall.
Major Responsibilities
o Work with Cake Mix Studios Digital Artist team to learn and support VFX, motion graphics and 3D animators
o Observe and assist with on-set VFX production and data collection
o Explore design, modeling, texture, render and delivery technologies
o Learn about existing pipelines, capability and efficiencies
o Assist with motion graphics as needed
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
· Strong visual and technical design sense
· Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, animation, rendering, particle systems and effects
· Knowledge of camera, and object tracking
· Ability to sculpt high detail models and convert them to low-resolution geometry
· Ability to design and animate titles and supers
· Understanding of compositing live action and CG
· Understanding of keying, set extension, object removal, rotoscoping and painting
