The success of our services has created internal growth opportunities and we have create multiple new positions for Account Representatives to join our Dealer Experience team and help improve customer satisfaction, retention and account profitability.

This position is a great "foot in-the-door" opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to gain some training and then move into an inside sales position. As an Account Representative you'll be learning our internet products and services by working the phones to reach out to our existing customers to help strengthen and maintain good customer relationships and ensure they are fully engaged with our products and services and optimizing all software tools and features. Once you've mastered the art of how to interact with our current customers you'll be ready to take on your own sales territory and grow and develop your own book of business.

This position is ideal for someone who is customer and sales focused and is willing to work hard to earn the monetary rewards that come with a successful sales position.

· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferred along with 1 year of related client service experience which includes phone work. Additional work experience can substitute degree requirements.
· A high level of motivation and self-initiative to be an overachiever.
· Strong working knowledge of computers including experience working with MS Office and be skilled in navigating the web, performing internet searches. Knowledge of SEO, social media applications/sites is a definite plus.
· SalesForce or CRM system experience helpful.
· Resiliency.
· Excellent communications time management and organizational skills.
· Have a strong sense of pace and urgency to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
