notions, construction details, bill of materials, measurement charts, grading
specifications, and call-outs
Releasing PO's to vendors and factories to create samples throughout the development process
Detailed fit reviews and confirmations sent to vendors and factories to ensure measurements, construction, and usage of materials is correct
Reviews on TOP, taking measurements to confirm changes and/or fixes were made correctly
Communicating with vendors and factories about any quality issues that may have occurred
Shrink tests on samples and TOP
Communication daily between customers, vendors, and factories to hit all proper delivery and production lead times
Creation of drafted patterns to give to factories for plotting and grading
Development and sourcing of fabrics, trims, notions, and labels
Use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create technical flats and artwork for Main Labels, Joker Labels, etc.
Organization of stock room, notions, and trims
Coordinate current sales, promotions, and products within the e-commerce store
Communication with fulfillment center to ensure all e-commerce orders are shipped in a timely manner
