Residential Child Care Worker – The Walker Home and School, Needham, MA

Participate as a member of a treatment team in Walker’s residential program to meet the social, recreational, behavioral, and educational needs of children exhibiting emotional and behavioral difficulties. Plan, implement, and participate in social and recreational activities for children. Provide a safe and therapeutic milieu that meets the physical and emotional needs of children. Implement treatment protocols established by a multi-disciplinary team. Attend to the administrative functions of child care, including attending treatment meetings, writing reports, and actively participating in supervision and professional development opportunities offered at Walker.

Positions available at a variety of professional levels; Shifts available evenings and weekends.
Compensation is commensurate with related experience and education.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
