Marketing Associate Internship

TEAL Apparel, Inc. is an emerging online tall menswear brand that designs and manufactures clothing solutions for men over 6 feet tall. This internship is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of a quickly growing start-up in Newton with a fun culture and highly driven team where you can learn a lot.
Internship Duties:
• Interact directly with the founders and executive team daily. Participate in executive team marketing strategy meetings on how we position and grow the brand in our niche market.
• Work on customer experience, technology, and market research projects. Specifically, executing our social media strategy, helping create content for social media and other marketing materials, maintain inventory level and competitor databases.
• Gain insight into the production cycle through trips to our factory in East Boston, MA to understand the sample making and production run process.
• Gain knowledge on how a brand’s visual identity is built by attending photo shoots and tradeshow events.

Qualifications:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, individual who wants to work on a broad range of marketing and customer service projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop preferred. We are looking for people who can contribute a point of view on the teen’s/twenties perspective.
