It is time for us to recruit another Mt. Ida student.
We are opening 1 part time position (will work with students school schedule).
Client Care Associate (Veterinary Receptionist)

Position involves: customer service (in hospital, via phone, via e-mail), medical records, and pharmacy.
The client care associate (veterinary receptionist) is primarily responsible for efficient front desk operations for our general practice. We are looking for someone who is going to care very deeply for this position providing the best care and service to our clients. The ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential. The front desk person must be alert to the happenings within the hospital and be able to problem solve.

The candidate must be a great communicator and be willing to collaborate with the team (team player) to come up with systems, ideas, and offer suggestions. Be open to growth and change and always look to better our customer service. Must provide excellent customer service and be open to expanding veterinary medicine knowledge. The client care associate must be organized, detail oriented and dependable.
Computer experience and a general understanding of office equipment (FAX machine, credit card terminal, copy machine, check approval, care credit) are needed.

There is potential to grow/be paired within the practice to evolve into a GP clinic Vet tech - will discuss this with candidates further.

We are less than a 10 minute drive from the Mount Ida campus

Hourly (based on skill and experience will be negotiated) with paid breaks
