DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR:
Develop brochures for direct e-mail campaigns, media print ads
Maintain/develop email lists of targeted buyers/lessors/lessees/sellers
Administrative assistant is the other half of the job: answer and direct phone calls (as does everyone in the office) work with individual sales agents to do anything and everything required to market/sell/list/etc & gain leads for their listings.
The candidate:
*Must be impeccably organized
*Very strong verbal and written communication skills
*Be reliable and enthusiastic
*Quick learner; willing to learn and be hands-on
*Work independently with guidance
*High level of creativity
*Experience with the following: HTML, CSS, Photoshop CS
*Usability concepts; user interface design methodologies
