About the Role:

Reporting to the Media Customer Acquisition Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the success of the Marketing team by playing an active role throughout the user life cycle – from new user acquisition to conversion to retention.
Assist in procuring day-to-day data & updating key reports
Assist in analyzing results & taking action to further improve performance
Work closely with internal Design team to produce compelling Marketing assets
Work closely with larger Marketing team to align acquisition efforts with ongoing promotions & events
Assist in managing vendor relationships
Oversee monthly billing process
Ideate, explore & evaluate new acquisition opportunities
Develop & execute new marketing promotions (on-site & email) using dedicated tools to help re-engage existing users

About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
Passionate and wants to learn as much about digital marketing as possible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-3 years of experience in Media / Marketing or equivalent role
Familiarity with a variety of digital media tactics – including Display, Paid Search, Email, Social, Mobile, & Affiliate Marketing
Understanding of Direct Response campaigns
Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to influence others
Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities & relationships
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and proven ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize, communicate with department and execute on schedule
Adept with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with HTML is a plus
