Research Assistant/Social Media Coordinator – MetroWest Location (Hopkinton, MA)

A unique opportunity to join a boutique analyst/consulting business focused on computer storage and other infrastructure technologies. The company is considered to be on the leading edge of thought leadership and its analysts are highly regarded by vendors, enterprise IT users and venture capitalists alike. You will a) coordinate the social media program for the company, including offering and implementing ideas for additional marketing impact, b) interact with executives from client companies throughout the world to arrange consultations and briefings for analysts, b) organize travel and calendars, c) update the company website (loading reports and keeping data current), d) monitor analyst blogs and work with analysts to create additional content.

This position has huge visibility in the industry and requires excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, given extensive interaction with high level executives, press and venture capitalists. Computer skills are a must. This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. One of the CRM packages and a working knowledge of Photoshop would be ideal. If you are smart, driven and career-oriented and enjoy computer technology this may be the position for you.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
