Citizens Disability is looking for a full-time Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be working on the phone with our current clients, gathering information and resolving issues with their current disability cases. This is an entry-level position and training is provided. You must have an excellent work ethic. You should be comfortable working on the phone for extended periods of time. Your typing and spelling should be good, and you need to be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Most of all, you should be able to provide excellent and caring service to our clients.
Location: Waltham, MA
Salary: 14.50 per hour
