BHLDN Customer Associate - Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

BHLDN is seeking talented Customer Associates, with a love for building customer connections, for our shop in Anthropologie's Chestnut Hill, MA store. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide customers exceptional personal service, both in-store and (occasionally) via phone / email. A successful Sales Associate will support appointments and stylists, build customer relationships, and ensure product assortments are well-stocked and beautifully arranged. Assistance in the overall shop-keeping (aka beautifying) is required, too. You'll report directly to Bridal Shop Manager.

A Day in the Life: As Customer Associate, you'll interact with our customers and help them find the BHLDN apparel, accessories, or décor that makes them feel special. You'll work closely with the manager, stylists, and the Anthropologie team to meet or exceed our customer’s needs and expectations. You’ll help keep each person who walks into the store entranced and delighted by BHLDN and Anthropologie

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Maintain a warm, professional demeanor that upholds the BHLDN standards
Demonstrate a proactive approach to developing a clientele- both personally and for the store team
Show a commitment to teamwork and goal attainments
Participate in fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness
Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude
Create, at all times, a customer experience that upholds the BHLDN standards
Be in the know of product and designer information
Provide helpful customer experience feedback to managers for continued brand development
Drive client generation practices through consistent weekly electronic and manual record retention and follow up
Support bridal and non-bridal customer appointments
Meet established customer service and sales goals
Assist in expected opening and closing procedures
Attend and contribute to mandatory store meetings and events
Participate in the cycle count procedure
Keep the shop floor looking lovely (aka: fully stocked, cleaned, and styled)
