Receptionist /Administrative Assistant to Property Manager
Established property management firm serving multiple high-end and large condominium properties in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a full-time receptionist with administrative assistant responsibilities. The successful candidate would also have an opportunity to grow in the organization.
The Front Desk/Receptionist must have excellent communication skills with the ability to handle the multiple tasks assigned to Him/Her. Candidate must represent the company mission and values in its relations with clients, employees, and local vendors.

Typical tasks include:
• Manage front desk
• Scanning files into web database- or filing hard copies to appropriate location.
• Maintain client information in corporate systems
• Notice preparation and mailing
• Greet visitors
• Document drafting
• Assist in the day to day administrative task assigned by Property Managers and Office Support staff (including, but not limited to: notice preparation and editing, email communication with clients and data entry)
• Take account of and order office supplies

Qualifications for this administrative assistant position include:
• Proficient with computers including MICROSOFT WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, and ability to learn other applications with ease
• Candidate should have an acute understanding of accounting and be able to understand and interpret a check book register
• Excellent telephone/verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional environment. Tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to confidential information are required.
• Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, organized, self-starting and have the ability to prioritize.
• Able to work well in a distracting environment
• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and distracting environment
• Fluent in English
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0
